Hailing from the very north of Germany, TYSKE LUDDER formed in the early 1990s to realize their vision of harsh and provocative Electronic Body Music. The phrase TYSKE LUDDER means “German whore” in Norwegian. The career of TYSKE LUDDER is divided into two stages: In the 1990s TYSKE LUDDER produced two albums, ‘Bombt die Mörder’ (1994) and ‘Dalmarnock’ (1995), plus the ‘Creutzfeld’ EP and rarely performed live, even though the live shows have been an eminent part of the band's concept. Many years of inactivity followed until the musicians decided to work on new material in 2004. The second era of TYSKE LUDDER proved to be much more prolific than the first stage, with three new albums, overhauled re-releases of their old albums and a greater number of live gigs. The latest release is the critically acclaimed album 'Diaspora', which hit the shelves in March 2011. The German EBM project TYSKE LUDDER is Claus Albers (vocals), Olaf A. Weil es den Herren Delgado-López und Görl wohl sehr gut gefiel, dürfen TYKSE LUDDER ein zweites mal nach 2010 DAF bei zwei ihrer Shows im Februar 2012 live unterstützen. Das erste mal werden die Ludders dabei auch die österreichische Hauptstadt Wien entern!

TYSKE LUDDER live zu Gesicht zu bekommen, hat schon gewissen Seltenheitswert, deshalb habe ich mich auch überpünktlich von MONO INC. verabschiedet (wer später kommt, kann auch früher gehen) und mich wieder auf zum Hangar gemacht. Dort war das Trio allerdings schon im vollen Gange und haute den Anwesenden knallharten Electro um die Ohren. Gewürzt wurde der akustische Beitrag mit allerhand Videos, die auf einer großen Leinwand im Hintergrund liefen und ergänzt wurden um die Interaktion der Bandmitglieder Claus Albers (Gesang), Olaf A. Reimers (Keys) und Ralf Homann (Percussion & Shouting). So wurde beispielsweise bei „Tempelberg“ von der im April veröffentlichen fünften Platte „Diaspora“ eine Israel-Fahne geschwenkt. Der Davidstern fand sich außerdem neben dem „TL“-Emblem im Bühnenbild wieder – ziert er doch auch das aktuelle Albumcover. Mit ihrem Auftritt, den Videos und Songtexten dürfte die „deutsche Hure“ beim M’era Luna mit Sicherheit polarisiert haben. Nicht nur die zwingenden Industrialklänge von „Bastard“ dürften nicht jedermanns Sache gewesen sein, auch die dazugehörigen Bilder und Lyrics waren nicht ohne, aber für derlei Provokationen stehen TYSKE LUDDER ja schließlich auch schon seit mehr als 20 Jahren. Entsprechend hauten sie auch „Wallfahrt“ und „Canossa“ raus, ehe es mit „Singing Yeah Yeah Yippie Yippie Yeah (Ich hab ne Tante in Marokko)“ ganz andere Klänge auf die Ohren gab. Dieses nur kurz angerissene Lied war natürlich nicht wirklich ernst gemeint und mit „Shokkz“ und „Panzer“ ging es dann auch gewohnt straight und martialisch weiter. Ganz zum Schluss zeigten sich der Dreier ein bisschen versöhnlicher, aber da war auch schon eine aufblasbare TYSKE-LUDDER-Bombe auf das Auditorium niedergegangen – mal ganz abgesehen von dem Industrial-Inferno, das die Herrschaften angerichtet hatten.
